1. Object

The al Madina centre is the commercial and intellectual property of MB Tiltas Tarp Kulturu, which is its legal representative.

MB Tiltas tarp Kulturu is a private company under Lithuanian law registered under number 304071510, address Vokieciu g. 130 – Kaunas – Lithuania. MB Tiltas tarp Kulturu offers paid services on its website accessible at arabicmadina.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

The Customer must validate the general conditions of sale below before payment for the Service. The al Madina centre may modify them without first notifying the Customer.

Services

These paid services, such as Intensive Arabic Course Packages in Saudi Arabia, are intended to teach the Arabic language (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). These packages may include accommodation and local transportation only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any acceptance of Service includes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

Customers

Students (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) may benefit from the services against payment (hereinafter referred to as “Packages”).

The fact that the Customer uses packages implies complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale. These will be available for consultation on the arabicmadina.com Site, which reserves the right to modify the Services and the general conditions of sale at any time.

 

2. Conditions of access to services

Access to the Service

The Services offered by the al Madina centre is only intended for adults. Minors must be represented by their legal representatives and with the agreement of the al Madina centre.

To access the Services, the Customer must go to the Site where he will be invited to complete a registration form specifying the following information: name and surname, e-mail, gender and country. This can change at any time.

 

Payment for the Service

The Customer must make a payment online, by bank transfer or other accepted digital payment method available on the Site or by the al Madina centre and then wait for confirmation from the Site administrators of the validation of his request.

After acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the Customer must pay in full for the Service.

 

3. Commercial offers

The commercial offers consist of:

  • a “fee-for-service” proposition: the Customer purchases a specific Service.
  • The description of the Service will be available on its product sheet available on the Site. Thus the conditions, duration, places of accommodation, period of the courses and their number of hours and other services will be known to the Customer via the site fr.arabicmadina.com.

 

The prices

The applicable prices appear on the Site and are expressed in euros, USD or GBP, all taxes included. Services are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of purchase.

Any modification of the legal VAT rate in force will automatically be reflected in the price invoiced to the Customer. The price will be payable by the Customer according to one of the payment methods offered to him on the Site at the time of his purchase.

The Customer is also fully informed that he benefits from the Services he orders according to the commercial offer selected and the content concerned, valid for a limited period. In any event, the Customer must always comply with Article 6 “Intellectual Property”.

 

5. Withdrawal, cancellation and refund

In case of withdrawal from the customer

The Reservation will be considered firm from the moment the al Madina centre has received the payment on the Client’s part.

However, the Customer can use a right of withdrawal within 14 days of the Reservation but lesser than 1month before the execution of the Service. During this period, he may request full reimbursement of his payment. Beyond this period, the Customer may not be eligible for reimbursement of the Service paid.

 

Cancellation due to the al Madina centre

In the event of cancellation of the Service carried out by the al Madina centre, the centre will inform the customer within 21 days in the event of an insufficient number of participants in the provision of the Service. The customer can then be reimbursed within 90 days of the cancellation of the Service.

 

In the case of force majeure

In the event of force majeure, it is possible that certain services described in the Service cannot be performed. This must be the result of a will outside the al Madina centre, which is essential because of climatic reasons, restrictive measures linked to a health crisis, risk of terrorism or political instability in the country of execution of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All the Content offered on the Site, and the content of the Services are subject to protection under copyright and industrial property law, particularly on a non-exhaustive basis.

The authorization granted to the Customer to use the content of a Service does not confer any right of ownership on this content. The Customer is authorized to use Content for strictly personal use.

Under penalty of legal proceedings, the Customer is strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, diverting, reproducing, representing, transmitting or distributing, in any way whatsoever, the contents of the Site without authorization an explicit and written form of its legal representative.

The Customer is informed that any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement and is punishable by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

7. Personal data

By registering on the Site, Customers may benefit from newsletters or special offers from the Site sent by email. The customer will have the option to unsubscribe from these emails.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, modify or delete data concerning them which they can exercise by contacting the contact designated in Article 8.

Personal customer data will not be communicated to third parties.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale and use are subject to Lithuanian law. All disputes relating to the commercial relationship between fr.arabicmadina.com represented by the company MB tiltas Tarp Kulturu and the Client will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lithuanian courts.
